SEO Tips From An SEO Dad
Keep it simple, stupid is the slogan I will try to promote throughout my
blog. More for me than for you, the reader. Sometimes a simplistic idea can get run through a meat grinder by the teacher. While I hope this doesn't happen, explaining issues relating to technology, blogs, or SEO can sometimes be difficult.
While, at the core principles, SEO is somewhat simple, there are some concepts that are concepts that can be hard to grasp. I will be the first to admit that I do NOT have it all together, but I do know a few things. SEO works and it is something every website or blog owners should learn. Even if you do not do the work yourself, you need to understand the jargon and what is
actually happening to your website or blog.
I will do my best to simply the SEO process, add a little humor, and relate it to the rest of my life (maybe making it more relevant to all). Oh wait, maybe I should have said this early, but SEO stands for
search engine optimization. It's the process of obtaining organic visitors through search engine like Google, Bing, and Yahoo. SEO is not to be confused with paid inclusion.
I do understand that the title of this page is
SEO From An SEO Dad. Please understand I did not birth the thoughts, ideas or concepts behind SEO. I am just a father who is, among other things, an SEO for a travel company.
