Math Savvy Wife
This should probably be prefaced with a few things about myself. This appreciation for my wife’s math skills goes much farther than her buying my clothes or cooking me dinner. This appreciation goes all the way back to freshman year in high school when I realized I am terrible at math. I barely escaped summer school my senior year.
I appreciated the leniency from my high school teacher but it caught up with me shortly thereafter. A few months later in college I failed college algebra (this is when I realized professors don’t have to care about their students). Thanks to a buddy of mine, my only claim to fame with math is that I got an A in College Calculus (I actually did most homework assignments 3 times–helped with my memory skills). I scraped by statistics thank goodness. Now, everyone must understand why I am thankful my wife is excellent with math.
I started Mommy Monday so I could write about the previous from a thankful husbands standpoint. Well, one might wonder what made me think about math…
What happens every year from January to April?
